To the left of the dining room are two accordion style closet doors that open up to reveal your washer and dryer hookups. The dining room itself is a great size with plenty of space for a large dining room table or maybe even one of those big round dining room tables.

It has a number of windows running along the exterior wall and on the back wall, is the sliding glass door. Just passed the kitchen is the dining room. One of which, to my pleasant surprise, had a built in spice rack lazy susan! In the middle, climbing up to the ceiling, are more cabinets. It has large decorative shelves on each side. There is a built in microwave siting just above it and both are surrounded by plenty of upper and lower cabinets and drawers.Ī fantastic built in sits just across the kitchen. Along the side wall, next to the peninsula, is the stove. On the opposite side of the peninsula, you will find a dishwasher and sink. On the living room side of the peninsula is a raised bar with several spaces for seating. The main kitchen counter is laid out in the shape of an “L”, with the peninsula separating the kitchen and living room. Past the living room, sits an incredibly designed kitchen. The living room has a nice dark, rich vinyl plank floor that continues through the rest of the home. This gives it a super bright and airy feel. There are three large windows that are placed around the room. The living room is very spacious with plenty of room for any number of furniture arrangements. The living room sits right up front as you enter the door. However, the first thing that you are greeted with upon entering the home is this great big open floor plan. Okay, so I know we jumped straight into the secondary bedrooms. The bedroom also has a nice step-in closet as well. It also has a large window, this time sitting on the side of the house. This bedroom is approximately the same size as the first, measuring in at 10ft 2in X 12ft 6in. The second of the two bedrooms sits at the end of the hallway, towards the back of the home. In between the two bedrooms you will find the first full bathroom. They do a great job at providing a tremendous amount of natural light.
The room is very spacious measuring in at approximately 9ft 9in X 12ft 4in and has two large windows that are facing out the front of the home. To the left you will come to the first bedroom which sits up towards the front of the house. To the left of the living room as you enter the home is a hallway leading to the secondary bedrooms. Here would be a great spot to put a very nice back deck just to hang out and enjoy the beautiful summer afternoons. As we are touring it today it is a modular home. This home can either be built as a manufactured home or a modular home depending on your preference and price point. This beauty happened to be on display at Clear Creek Homes in Indiana and they were nice enough to let me share it with you. So I very much enjoy them when I run across on and have the chance to tour it. Shotgun style house designs aren’t quite as plentiful as their typical ranch counter parts at most home centers.
